Refined Rack Return & Refund Policy

At Refined Rack, we want you to shop with confidence and love your purchase. Because many of our items are curated pre-loved, vintage, boutique, or one-of-a-kind pieces, we encourage customers to carefully review all photos, measurements, sizing information, and descriptions before purchasing.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 21 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused after delivery
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, smoke exposure, or damage
  • Returned with original tags attached when applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Pre-Loved & Vintage Items

Many items sold by Refined Rack are pre-loved or vintage and may show minor signs of wear consistent with normal prior use unless otherwise noted in the listing. Significant flaws or defects will be disclosed in the product description and/or photographs whenever identified.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos if applicable

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping instructions will be provided once the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped, or
  • The item arrived damaged or materially different from the listing description

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Intimate apparel
  • Jewelry, handbags/totes or personal-use accessories
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges are generally unavailable. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order separately if replacement inventory is available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for financial institutions to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
