Many items sold by Refined Rack are pre-loved, vintage, boutique, or one-of-a-kind pieces and may show minor signs of wear consistent with normal prior use unless otherwise stated in the product description.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product colors, measurements, condition details, and photographs. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and devices used to access the Services.

Product measurements are approximate and provided as a courtesy.

Because many items are unique or limited inventory pieces, product availability cannot be guaranteed until your order has been confirmed and processed.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, correct listing errors, or modify product information at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.

Refined Rack reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected resale activity.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been processed and shipment confirmation has been issued.

Please review orders carefully before submission. Orders may not be canceled once shipment processing has begun.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges unless otherwise stated.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Refined Rack is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Refined Rack is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after carrier acceptance.

All content available through the Services, including logos, branding, graphics, photographs, text, product descriptions, software, designs, and related materials, are the property of Refined Rack LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Refined Rack is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to customers.

However, all purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Refined Rack LLC. Shopify is not responsible for product fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, shipping, or disputes arising from purchases made through our store.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
