Refined Rack Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high order volume, holidays, special events, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Refined Rack ships orders using reputable third-party carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available shipping providers.

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or additional carrier fees associated with their order.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow carrier systems time to update tracking activity after label creation.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Refined Rack is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier and customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly. Refined Rack will reasonably assist customers with carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of damage

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and item(s)

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Refined Rack is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Combined Shipping

When possible, multiple items purchased in the same order may be combined into a single shipment.
